Are treatments pregnancy safe?


Our treatments can be customized for anyone expecting or nursing. Please make sure to indicate on your treatment form if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.




Are treatment rooms private?


⁣⁣Chateau Glow treatment rooms are private to ensure conversations remain between the client and esthetician.




How do I get the $10 referral credit?


Referrals are the best! Have your friend, partner or family member include your name in our facial treatment form under "how did you hear about us", and you'll both get a $10 referral credit!




What products are used during treatments?


At Chateau Glow we use clean, clinical skincare that is backed by research and industry professionals. Our in-treatment room products include Image Skincare and HydraFacialMD.




Are any of the products used at Chateau Glow Tested on Animals?


We do not, and will not carry products that are tested on animals.




Do you offer skin consultations?


We don’t offer specific appointments for consultations but we do provide an in-depth skin analysis during our 60 minute treatments. During this time, we discuss your skin concerns, skin history, and current home care products.




What should I avoid before my facial?


Before your treatment, we recommend to avoid facial exfoliation (physical or chemical), using any prescribed topical creams, peels, facial waxing or laser treatments for at least 72 hours prior.




What should I avoid after my facial?


After your treatment you should avoid working out, direct sun exposure and laser/waxing services. Skip products with active ingredients (AHA’s, BHA’s, Vitamin C) exfoliating and retinol for at least 5 days.




What should I do after my facial?


After your facial, you should keep your skincare minimal for the next 4-5 days. This includes cleansing with a gentle cleanser, keeping your skin hydrated and wearing SPF. We also recommend drinking plenty of water, changing your pillowcases, washing your makeup brushes, face masks and sanitizing your cell phone.




Is Chateau Glow inclusive?


Absoutely! We are LGBTQ+ friendly and a Transgender-safe space.





Membership

Reschedule & Cancellations


You have up to 24-hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. ⁣⁣You can do this from your confirmation email or signing into your account. ⁣⁣ Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24-hours before your appointment will result in a $50 fee. If you do not call or do not show up to your appointment, 100% of the missed service will be charged to your card. If this fee is not paid, the following appointment will not be booked without payment in full prior to the service.⁣⁣




Late Arrivals


⁣If you are stuck in traffic, running late or just can’t seem to make it on time, please call or text ahead so we can do our best to accommodate you. If we are able to give you the full treatment, we always will. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ If you are running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. These policies enable us to offer our clients the most exceptional service we possibly can. ⁣⁣




No Show Policy


If you do not call or do not show up to your appointment, 100% of the missed service will be charged to your card. If this fee is not paid, the following appointment will not be booked without payment in full prior to the service.⁣⁣ You have up to 24-hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. ⁣⁣You can do this from your confirmation email or signing into your account. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24-hours before your appointment will result in a $50 fee.




Return & Refunds


Services​ If you weren’t pleased with your service, please reach out to us at info@chateauglowskin.com. We do not refund services, but want you to be 100% satisfied and will do everything we can to remedy this. Membership The membership has a minimum 6-month commitment. After 6 months, you may cancel at any time. Memberships are charged once per month at the date of signup. Treatments do not rollover if unused. Membership value cannot be applied towards products or other treatments not included in the membership. Products For products that are unopened, we accept exchanges for store credit within 7 days. Glow Cards Physical Glow cards (gift cards) are like cash. While they never expire, they can’t be replaced if lost or stolen. They also can’t be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
