Service & Product Policy
If your experience wasn’t what you hoped for, please reach out to us at info@chateauglowskin.com. While we don’t offer refunds, your full satisfaction means everything, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
You can make changes to your appointment up to 36 hours in advance, either directly through your confirmation email or by calling us at 929-322-0145. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 36-hours before your appointment will result in a $50 fee.
If you miss your appointment without reaching out to Chateau Glow, a $100 no-show fee will be charged to your card. If this fee remains unpaid, we will be unable to book your next appointment until it is paid in full before your service.
If you’re caught in traffic, running behind, or unable to arrive on time, please call or text us so we can do our best to accommodate you. We’ll always strive to provide your full treatment whenever possible.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. These guidelines allow us to stay on schedule and ensure every client receives the exceptional care they deserve.

Membership
The membership has a minimum 6-month commitment. After 6 months, you may cancel at any time. Memberships are charged on the 1st of each month. Membership value cannot be refunded or applied towards products or other treatments not included in the membership.
Products
For products that are unopened, we accept exchanges for store credit within 7 days.
Glow Cards
Physical gift cards are like cash. While they never expire, they can’t be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards are not valid on memberships, they also can’t be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

At Chateau Glow, every treatment is designed to be effective, comfortable, and customized to your skin’s needs. Here’s what makes our treatments unique:
• No Steam, No Changing: You’ll remain comfortably dressed, and we never use steam in our facials.
• Private Treatment Rooms: Each client enjoys a private space for their treatment..
• Your Comfort, Your Way: Choose your music preference, room light level, and even how much conversation you’d like during your service.
• Comprehensive Cleansing: Your skin is thoroughly cleansed as part of every facial.
• Advanced Tools & Techniques: Depending on your skin’s needs, your Esthetician may use professional techniques and tools such as lancets, extractor tools, ultrasonic cavitation, high frequency, etc. at no additional cost to you.
We love referrals! When you send a friend, partner, or family member to Chateau Glow, you’ll both receive a $30 referral credit.
Here’s how it works:
Share your unique referral link with loved ones, or have them list your name on their treatment form under “How did you hear about us?”
They’ll receive a personalized code to use when booking online.
Once your referral completes their first appointment, a $30 credit will be added directly to your account.
Please note: You must have had at least one treatment with us to qualify for referral rewards.
For the referred first-time client, the referral discount is not to be combined with other offers. The existing client will receive an account credit that can be used in combination with other offers without any limitations.
Referred client must be a new Chateau Glow client and complete a treatment to receive referral credit. Maximum of $500 referral credit will be awarded per client per calendar year. Allow up to 48hrs for credit to reflect on your account.

Chateau Glow treatment rooms are private to ensure conversations remain between the client and esthetician.
Our treatments can be customized for anyone expecting or nursing. Please make sure to indicate on your treatment form if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
At Chateau Glow we use clean, clinical skincare that is backed by research and industry professionals. Our in-treatment room products include Image Skincare, Face Reality Skincare or HydraFacialMD.
We do not, and will not carry products that are tested on animals.
We don’t offer specific appointments for consultations but we do provide an in-depth skin analysis during our 60 minute treatments. During this time, we discuss your skin concerns, skin history, and current home care products.
Before your treatment, we recommend to avoid facial exfoliation (physical or chemical), using any prescribed topical creams, peels, facial waxing or laser treatments for at least 72 hours prior.
After your treatment you should avoid working out, direct sun exposure and laser/waxing services. Skip products with active ingredients (AHA’s, BHA’s, Vitamin C) exfoliating and retinol for at least 5 days.
After your facial, you should keep your skincare minimal for the next 4-5 days. This includes cleansing with a gentle cleanser, keeping your skin hydrated and wearing SPF. We also recommend drinking plenty of water, changing your pillowcases, washing your makeup brushes, face masks and sanitizing your cell phone.

We recommend our monthly membership for anyone who has skin! Skin takes time, and great skin doesn't happen in one month. It’s important to stay consistent with professional treatments and to take care of your skin at home to achieve long lasting results.
Absolutely! Our members get 20% off any additional treatment each month — we just recommend waiting at least 2 weeks after your previous treatment.
Please note: the 20% discount doesn’t apply to laser facials, since members receive exclusive discounted pricing of $100 off the non-member rate - an even better savings!
Memberships are automatically charged on the 1st of each month to the card on file. Gift cards, account credits or discount codes can not be applied towards membership dues.
Great skin doesn't happen in one month. We created the monthly membership based on your skin cells renewal cycle. The membership has a minimum 6-month commitment so that our members experience full results. After 6 months, you may cancel at any time.
Memberships can be paused one time per year for up to three (3) months. After the three-month pause period, your membership will automatically reactivate.
Requests to pause a membership must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date to allow time for processing. To pause your membership, please email info@chateauglowskin.com.
Our membership has a minimum 6-month commitment. After the initial 6 months, your membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.

Membership value cannot be applied towards products or other treatments not included in the membership.
Vouchers are issued on the 1st of each calendar month and are valid for three months from the issue date, giving you plenty of time to schedule and enjoy your monthly facial.
Please note that vouchers do not roll over beyond their three-month validity period.
If you decide to cancel your membership, any remaining valid vouchers will stay active in your account until their expiration date. You can easily view your voucher balance and expiration dates in your Chateau Glow account.
Memberships are non-transferable. We love your friends and family as much as you do, which is why your membership includes one 20% off voucher per month so that they can experience the our highly personalized treatments too!

Our monthly membership includes one customized non-laser facial each month. Laser facials are a separate service, but members enjoy exclusive discounted pricing on all laser facial sessions and packages.
Laser Facials
We use the Aerolase Neo Elite, a cutting-edge laser that delivers energy at a 1064nm Nd:YAG wavelength using 650-microsecond pulse technology. This advanced system safely treats all skin types and tones by targeting melanin, hemoglobin, and water-the key factors behind many visible skin concerns. From acne to signs of aging, the Neo Elite promotes clear, healthy skin with minimal discomfort and no downtime, making it one of the safest and most inclusive laser technologies available today.
Our Melanin Reader, the Mini2 FX, is a professional diagnostic device that measures your skin’s melanin levels and determines your Fitzpatrick skin type. This allows your Laser Specialist to safely customize your treatment settings, ensuring powerful and effective results for all skin tones with minimal risk.
One of the main advantages of our Laser Facial is that it typically requires little to no downtime. Most clients can return to their normal activities immediately after the treatment, although some mild redness may occur, which usually resolves within a few hours.
The number of treatments required varies depending on the condition being treated. For some conditions like acne or pigmentation, visible improvements can be seen after 1-2 treatments, but most people require 4-6 sessions for optimal results.
To prepare for tour treatment, please follow these steps:
Discontinue the use of active ingredients-including retinol, benzoyl peroxide, and any prescribed topical exfoliants-for at least 1 week prior to your appointment.
Avoid sunless tanning products (including self-tanners and spray tans) for a minimum of 1 week before your treatment.
Do not schedule any cosmetic procedures-such as Botox, fillers, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, or microblading-within 2 weeks of your Laser Facial.
If you have a history of Herpes Simplex (cold sores/fever blisters), especially around the mouth, preventative antiviral medication can be started before your treatment.
Day of Treatment
Use a gentle cleanser followed by a hydrating moisturizer.
Be extra gentle when applying and removing skincare products.
Avoid makeup unless approved by your Laser specalist.
First 2–3 Days Post-Treatment
Avoid swimming, saunas, steam rooms, hot yoga, and strenuous exercise.
Keep the treated area cool and clean.
Do not wax, tweeze, thread, or use hair removal creams on the treated area.
First 7 Days Post-Treatment
Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning (including tanning beds).
Avoid any hair removal treatments including waxing, depilatories, laser hair removal.
Apply and reapply broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher daily.
Discontinue use of exfoliating products and active ingredients such as:
Retinol
Vitamin C
Benzoyl Peroxide
Any topical prescription creams
Avoid chemical peels or other exfoliating products or treatments.
Be mindful of skin sensitivity and avoid irritating products.
Ongoing
Complete the full treatment schedule as recommended by your Laser specalist to achieve optimal results.
Wear daily SPF and be sure to reapply.
You are not a candidate for a Laser Facial if:
You are currently on any of the following medications:
Accutane (within the past 6 months)
Antibiotics (recent use)
Prescription anticoagulants
Immunosuppressants
You have any of the following medical conditions:
Pregnancy or are actively trying to conceive (including IVF)
Impaired immune system or immune response
History of skin cancer
Lupus
Vitiligo
Seizure disorders
You are experiencing any of the following skin issues:
Sunburned or irritated skin in the area to be treated
Unidentified skin conditions in the area to be treated
Wait at least 2 weeks before treatment if you have had any of the following:
Botox or dermal fillers
Chemical peels
Microneedling
Microblading
Topical retinoids (discontinue use 2 weeks prior to treatment)
Laser facials are not included in the monthly membership, but members enjoy special discounted pricing on all laser facial sessions and packages. Monthly membership includes one customized non-laser facial each month, and you are always welcome to add a laser facial as an additional service.
Members can purchase laser facials at a discounted rate of $250 per session (regularly $350). Members also get access to deeply discounted package pricing: 4 sessions for $770 ($192.50 per session)

Laser facials deliver the best results when done in a series, with most clients seeing visible improvements after 4–8 treatments. These packages are ideal if you're targeting pigmentation, improving skin texture, or working toward radiant, glowing skin.
Yes! Your laser package can be used at any of our locations. Just book your appointment at the studio that’s most convenient for you, your available vouchers will apply.
Not at all, our Laser Facials are designed to be a comfortable experience for all skin tones and types. Most clients describe the sensation as a gentle warmth across the skin. This may feel slightly more noticeable in areas with thinner skin, like the forehead or nose, or over breakouts and hyperpigmentation. Occasionally, you might feel a brief snapping or sparking sensation, especially when the laser passes over pigmented hairs, but these moments are mild and short-lived. No numbing, no discomfort, and no downtime needed.
Yes, you can! But keep in mind the pre-purchase package discount is only available for a limited time before our official launch. You're welcome to try a single session first, but purchasing a package now guarantees the best value and locks in your savings before pricing goes up.
Absolutely. We understand committing upfront can feel like a big decision, which is why we’ve designed our pre-launch package with flexibility in mind. You’ll have plenty of time to use your sessions after launch, and if you love your first treatment (we think you will!), you’ll already have the best rate locked in. Plus, this limited-time offer won’t be available once we open public bookings for Laser Facials, so it’s our way of rewarding early clients with the best value.
Most clients love their results after just one treatment, but depending on your skin concerns, several sessions may be needed for optimal results. By purchasing a package now, you’re locking in our limited-time pre-launch pricing. If you decide not to continue after your first session, we’ll credit the remaining value toward other treatments or products at Chateau Glow, so you still get the full value of your investment. It’s our way of offering both flexibility and peace of mind.
