LASER FACIALS
Our laser facials are safe for all skin tones and designed to target hyperpigmentation, uneven texture, acne scarring, fine lines, and wrinkles. With no numbing, no pain, and no downtime, you'll see smoother, clearer, more radiant skin.
The Basics
What is a Laser Facial?
A laser facial is a non-invasive and non-ablative treatment that uses light energy to deeply rejuvenate the skin without abrasives or downtime. By gently heating the skin’s deeper layers, it stimulates collagen, calms inflammation, and helps fade pigmentation, uneven tone, and acne scarring. Safe for all skin tones and concerns, it’s one of the most effective ways to achieve clearer, smoother, more radiant skin with lasting results.
We use the gold standard of laser facial devices that is safe for all skin tones, the FDA-cleared Aerolase Neo Elite. 1064nm Nd: YAG wavelength. Unlike some lasers that can feel hot or uncomfortable, Aerolase is known for its "cool" technology that makes treatments comfortable for all skin tones and types.

How is a Laser Facial Done?
Your treatment begins with a personalized skin consultation to assess your concerns and goals. To further customize your experience, we use a Melanin Reader — a specialized device that measures your skin’s melanin levels to ensure optimal safety and effectiveness. After cleansing and prepping the skin, the laser is passed over the face using precise pulses of light. The energy penetrates deep into the skin to stimulate collagen, target pigmentation, and calm inflammation, all without damaging the surface. The treatment is comfortable, and requires no numbing or downtime. You'll leave with a refreshed glow, and results that build with each session.
How Many Sessions Do I Need?
For best results, most clients benefit from a series of 4-6 treatments spaced about 2-4 weeks apart, depending on your specific skin goals.
-
Acne: 4-6 sessions, for best results, combine with a skincare regimen and monthly facials.
-
Pigmentation & Melasma: 4-6 sessions, with maintenance treatments as needed
-
Skin Rejuvenation & Anti-Aging: 4-6 sessions for optimal collagen stimulation. Combination therapy with microneedling helps to amplify your results.
-
Rosacea/Redness: Improvements can often be seen within 1-3 sessions, but a full series is recommended for lasting results

Sun Protection is a Must: Skin will be more sensitive to UV exposure. Strict SPF use is essential post-treatment.
Are Laser Facials Safe?
Yes! When performed using the right technology and protocols, laser facials are not only safe, but one of the most effective non-invasive treatments for long-term skin health.
At Chateau Glow, we’ve made intentional choices to prioritize both safety and performance. We use the Aerolase Neo Elite, an advanced medical laser that delivers energy in incredibly short, controlled bursts using a 1064nm Nd:YAG wavelength. This allows the laser to safely penetrate the skin without damaging its surface. This means no burning, peeling, or trauma, and no risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation when used properly.
What makes Aerolase safer than other laser?
Many traditional laser devices, especially Alexandrite lasers (755nm) are more aggressive and are only recommended for lighter skin tones (Fitzpatrick I–III). These other laser devices carry a higher risk of side effects such as:
-
Burns
-
Blistering
-
Pigmentation changes (especially on darker skin tones)
-
Post-treatment peeling and prolonged redness
Alexandrite and older long-pulse YAG lasers can be effective for certain uses like hair removal or deep pigmentation, but they require cooling devices, numbing creams, or longer recovery periods. In contrast, Aerolase uses a uniquely gentle delivery system that minimizes discomfort and inflammation while still producing dramatic results.
What sets the Neo Elite Aerolase laser technology apart is its short, 650-microsecond pulse duration (the amount of time it takes to deliver laser energy to the treatment area). The standard 1064nm Nd:YAG laser has a long pulse, but due to its shorter pulse, the Neo has time to cool itself between pulses.
To take your safety even further, we use a Melanin Reader, a device that accurately measures your skin’s melanin content before each treatment. This eliminates guesswork and allows us to precisely calibrate the laser to your skin’s unique biology. Whether you’re deeply melanated, sensitive, or prone to redness, your treatment will be personalized and monitored to ensure optimal outcomes with minimal risk.
Personalized, Precision Calibrated Treatments
Every laser facial at Chateau Glow begins with a detailed skin consultation. We then use a Melanin Reader, a medical-grade diagnostic tool, to measure your skin’s melanin levels. This ensures your treatment is precisely tailored to your biology, eliminating guesswork and minimizing risk.
Our deeply trained Laser Specialists further customize your treatment by manually calibrating the pulse count, repetition rate (rep rate), and power level based on your unique skin condition and tone. This level of calibration allows us to deliver results that are not only effective, but incredibly safe.
What to Expect Post-Treatment
A laser facial at Chateau Glow is non-invasive, and safe for all skin tones with no numbing, no pain, and minimal to no downtime. Most clients return to their normal activities immediately after treatment. Here’s what to expect:
Right After Your Treatment:
-
You may notice a slight warmth or flush to the skin. This is normal and typically fades within 1–2 hours.
-
Skin may feel tight, smooth, or freshly exfoliated, but there should be no peeling, burning, or discomfort.
-
In some cases, pigment may darken temporarily as it’s brought to the surface. This fades naturally over several days.
Next 3-5 Days:
-
Hydration and SPF are key. Use a gentle, non-active moisturizer and broad-spectrum sunscreen daily.
-
Avoid hot showers, saunas, workouts, and active ingredients (like retinol, glycolic acid, or exfoliants) for 24–48 hours.
-
If you’re treating acne, you may experience a mild purging phase as the laser clears buildup under the skin.
Visible Results:
-
Many clients notice a refreshed glow and smoother texture after just one session.
-
For concerns like pigmentation, scarring, and acne, results are progressive, improving over a series of treatments.
-
A series of 4 sessions spaced 3-4 weeks apart is typically recommended for best results.
